FAQ

How fast do I get alerts?
Paid tiers (Hunter, Shark, Whale) receive alerts within seconds of a listing going live on eBay — eBay is polled every 60 seconds. Free tier users get the same alerts with a 60-minute delay, so you still see deals, just not instantly.
Do I need to download anything?
Nope. TCG Watcher is entirely Discord + web-based. Log in with your Discord account, set up your watches on the website, and alerts arrive directly in your Discord server. Nothing to install.
Which TCGs are supported?
Currently: Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering (MTG), One Piece TCG, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Each has its own dedicated alert channel in the Discord server, and you can filter to just one or watch all four.
What happens to my watches if I downgrade?
Your watches stay in the database. If you have more than your new tier allows (e.g. downgrade from Shark to Free Scout), the oldest watches over the limit become inactive. Your earned loyalty badges are never removed.
Can I filter by card set, number, or rarity?
Yes — that's one of our most powerful features. You can filter by set name (e.g. 'Obsidian Flames'), card number (e.g. '025/165'), and rarity (e.g. 'Special Illustration Rare'). All optional, stack any combination.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Account page, click 'Manage Subscription', and cancel directly through Stripe's secure portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No hoops to jump through.
